(ii) Grant Fund. It has an amount of Taka 30 million as Grant Fund for extending incentives, not exceeding 15% of the machinery cost, to the investing entrepreneurs to reimburse cost of acquiring new technologies and related training, market survey, intelligence and promotion.
(iii) Investment Fund. In order to ensure supply of adequate investment fund to the investing entrepreneurs in jute diversified products, the Ministry of Textiles and Jute, Government of Bangladesh has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BASIC Bank Limited for supplying required amount of investment fund to the entrepreneurs under Bank-Client relationship with provision of allowing other commercial banks to participate in the programme.
